World-renowned Pilates teacher Rael Isacowitz brings us the new Avalon Armchair and Step Barrel, a complete redesign by of Joseph Pilates original Arm Chair and Spine Corrector. The Avalon system is proudly taught here at Pilates Studio 64 and our instructors have had the pleasure of being trained by Rael himself on the revolutionary equipment.

Teacher Training

Pilates Studio 64 is Brisbane’s Host studio and teacher training facility for Body Arts and Science International (BASI).  BASI is the successful educational program created by Master Trainer Rael Isacowicz over 28 years ago.
