Pilates mat exercises are an excellent way to improve strength, flexibility and balance. In a mat class your Pilates teacher will take you through a series of exercises that works all your muscle groups. At a beginner level we will make sure you have good basic core strength to ensure you can safely undertake all exercises included in a mat class.
A flowing style of yoga that connects asanas (poses) creating a sequence that both strengthens and enhances flexibility in both body and mind. This class is taught to suit a broad range of experience and ability from first time practice to seasoned yogi.
