Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A flowing style of yoga that connects asanas (poses) creating a sequence that both strengthens and enhances flexibility in both body and mind.  

This class is taught to suit a broad range of experience and ability from first time practice to seasoned yogi. It is playful with a touch of challenge and closes with a traditional yogic sequence to reveal tranquillity of mind and and openness of spirit.
