In a mat class, the entire body is at work, so we make sure you obtain greater core strength after every session. Our mat exercises introduce the basics of the Pilates method and advance through to a fitness program that suits your individual ability.
To add resistance, your trainer will incorporate the use of bands, rollers, balls and leg weights into the mat Pilates class. These accessories will challenge your body and keep all your muscle groups working.
Gently tone up your core and stretch your whole body with our Pilates matwork classes. All our classes can be done in a private or group setting depending on your preference.
If you want a more intense workout, our Reformer Pilates can be a good fit. This class lasts up to 55 minutes per session.
